| Mary-Kate Olsen is in New York City for the long weekend, taking a break from filming Beastly in Montreal. Gawker stalkers spotted her twice over the past few days, catching up with friends and enjoying a break from work.
On June 29th, a 7pm, Mary-Kate was seen drinking marjaritas with friends at Mary-Ann’s:
Was sitting with two friends at Mary Ann’s on 2nd ave and 5th st at around 7pm today and saw Mary Kate Olsen walk by, then she walked into the restaurant and ate at the table next to us in a mumu looking dress and sunglasses with two girlfriends. ordered a pitcher of margaritas, and later had two guys join them. she looked a hot mess.
On July 1st at 3pm, she was seen walking at the corner of Lafayette and Astor:

According to Ashley’s interview in Hamptons, while MK is in the city, she’ll be in Montauk, having a private and relaxing weekend. She loves being on the water and the seclusion of the place:
I like to stay in most of the time or go out on a boat. The water is so beautiful. I like really secluded places. The history and the location of Montauk and the views—it’s different. You feel like you’re at the end of the world almost. You actually feel like you went away.
